Waymark (“we”, “our”, or “us”) respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal information. This Privacy Policy explains how information is collected, used, and shared when you use the Waymark mobile application (“App”).

a. Information You Provide

When you sign in or use Waymark, we may collect:

• Name and email address (via Sign in with Apple, only if you choose to share them)
• Collections and places you create, including names, notes, and related metadata
• Collaboration data, such as users you invite to shared collections

b. Authentication Information

We use Firebase Authentication (including Sign in with Apple) to securely authenticate users. Waymark does not collect or store your Apple ID password.

c. Automatically Collected Information

• App usage data (for basic app functionality)
• Device identifiers required for authentication and syncing

Waymark does not use advertising SDKs and does not track you across apps or websites.

• Create and manage your user account
• Sync collections across your devices
