• your iPhone model and iOS version;
• the steps that led to the problem;
• what you expected and what happened instead; and
• a screenshot, if useful.

Please hide medication names, profile names, or other sensitive information unless those details are essential to diagnose the problem. Never send passwords, Apple Account credentials, prescription documents, or payment-card information.

Frequently asked questions

I am not receiving medication reminders

1. In Cue, open Settings and make sure Medication reminders are on.
2. Open the iPhone Settings app, select Notifications, select Cue, and allow notifications.
3. Check Focus modes, Scheduled Summary, notification previews, and device volume.
4. Open Cue after changing a medication schedule so iOS can refresh upcoming reminders.

Notifications are delivered by iOS and can be affected by system settings. Do not rely on Cue as the only safeguard for time-critical medication.

How does iCloud sync work?

Cue stores records on your device and syncs them through your private iCloud database when iCloud is available and enabled. Sign in to the same Apple Account and enable iCloud for Cue on the new device. Allow time for the first sync after opening the app.
